Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ShapeShift Solutions! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Lead Times
- Standard Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Custom / Made-to-Order Items (3D Printing, Laser Cutting, CAD Design): Custom orders require a processing/production time of 1–3 business days before dispatch.
- Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery province:

- Local Courier (Gauteng): R100.00 flat rate (Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days via door-to-door courier).
- National Courier (Rest of South Africa): R180.00 flat rate (Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days via door-to-door courier).
- Free In-Store Pickup: Free collection is available from our shop location at 92 Long Road, Roodepoort, Gauteng, 2092. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details and courier link so you can follow your shipment's journey.

4. Damages & Delivery Issues
ShapeShift Solutions is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once handed over to our courier partner. However, if you receive your order damaged:
- Please inspect your package upon arrival.
- Contact us immediately within 7 days at info@shapeshiftsolutions.com with photos of the damaged packaging and item.
- We will gladly assist in lodging a claim with the courier and arranging a replacement where applicable.
