ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is an industry-standard engineering filament valued for its high heat resistance, impact strength, and structural rigidity. It can easily be sanded, drilled, painted, or acetone-smoothed for a professional glossy finish.

  • Key Features: High thermal resistance (up to ~85°C–90°C), excellent toughness, easy post-processing.
  • Recommended Print Temps: Nozzle 240°C – 260°C | Bed 90°C – 110°C | Enclosed printer recommended to prevent warping and draft cracking.
